Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practice that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, energy healing and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

According to the Kundalini Research Institute, the primary objective of Kundalini is “to awaken the full potential of human awareness in each individual; that is, recognize our awareness, refine that awareness, and expand that awareness into the unlimited Self.”  It is a magical practice that puts you in touch with your truest Self.  It leaves you centered, enlivened and filled with Light. 

Classes are composed of kriyas which are a series of body movements put together in a specific order to facilitate a body, mind and spiritual opening.  Kriyas are comprised of mostly Hatha Yoga poses but also include different types of physical exercises that are fun and fortifying.  All classes utilize the power of mantra; the repetition of sacred sounds to promote mental wellness, clear thinking, expanded awareness, peace and calm.  Pranayama or breathing exercises are also a part of every class.  Yoga without breath work is not yoga!  The breath is the gateway to happier and healthier living. 

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is designed to charge your body with Light, promote a more intimate and loving relationship with your body and help you develop a stronger connection with your Soul. 

All classes are $20 - cash only.  Please place your payment in the sacred tree box upon arrival.  There are yoga mats and cushions available but bring your own if you like.  Please bring water and wear non restrictive clothing that supports movement.
