Peace-Full-Moon Meditation



The full moon affects us deeply and offers extraordinary opportunities to rise in consciousness.

Some months the moon brings with it a soft, quiet presence where we are guided to do a gentle meditation with a lighter touch.

This meditation runs 45 minutes and is designed to align your mind and heart with grace and relax your body so you can float off into the cosmos.

The first 30 minutes are done in a seated position and the last 15 minutes are done lying down.  

These meditations are audio format so you are not distracted by looking at a computer screen and can relax into the field with your eyes closed.
