Your breath is a direct path to feeling better!  By joining this 6-week series on Pranayama—the practice of controlling the breath to strengthen the connection between your body and mind—you will learn proven practices to:

Class meets In-Person –  on Wednesday evenings for the 6-week Prana Meditation Series at Live Well Holistic Center in Ardmore, PA.


Class meets on Wednesdays beginning  March 20 2024 and completes April 24, 2024.

Meditation Time: 7:00 – 8:15 pm Eastern

Please bring whatever you need to sit comfortably for 75 minutes. There will be no mats or cushions available so you must bring what you need.  (A chair can be provided upon request.)

Location: Live Well Holistic Center, Plaza 16 Building, 16 E. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, PA 19003

Parking: There is some parking in front of the building but if full, you can park a 3 minute walk away, at the Cricket Avenue South Parking Garage at 96 Cricket Ave.
